Spanning 3.5 acres (approximately 150,000 square feet), this advanced plant specializes in zinc flake coatings and is strategically located near prominent Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Daimler, Renault Nissan, Royal Enfield, Yamaha, Hyundai, Ford, Vestas, and Siemens Gamesa.
The facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including a fully automatic spray line and a robotic dip-spin coater from Sidasa, Spain. These advancements streamline operations and ensure high-quality output. Embracing Industry 4.0 principles, the plant is designed as an intelligent factory, leveraging automation and data exchange to enhance manufacturing processes.
Demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability, the facility incorporates a Zero Liquid Discharge system, ensuring that all water used in processes is responsibly recycled and reused. This aligns with global efforts toward sustainable industrial practices.
With a production capacity of 1,500 tonnes per month, the Vallam facility is poised to set new standards in efficiency, quality, and environmental stewardship within the coatings industry.
